Linked below please find our wine auction book which includes Lots 1-203 for the LIVE AUCTION taking place on October 18. Also in the auction book are online auction Lots 300-487.
If you would like to bid on the live auction, you will need a paddle number. In order to be given a paddle number, please email Elsie Pallotta directly at email@example.com and provide your name, phone number and shipping address. You will be assigned a paddle number so that you may bid on Live Lots 1-203. To place those bids on the live auction Lots 1-203, you must email Rusty at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VERY IMPORTANT: the online auction will go live TODAY, Tuesday, September 26 at 3:00 PM EST. In order to bid online, please be sure you have registered with ibidmobile.
If you would like to bid on the silent auction items (Lots 300-487), you will need to secure a password through ibidmobile. To obtain that password, you will have to register and provide your name, phone number, shipping address, and a credit card which you agree can be used to pay for your lots. The steps for registering and bidding are very simple: Click here.. If you have any questions you can contact ibidmobile.net directly at 877-824-4324 or by email: email@example.com. You can bid on these lots online at ibidmobile.net/rs. The bidding for these lots will conclude on the evening of October 18, 2017, at approximately 8:00 p.m. Again, online bidding goes live tomorrow, Sept. 26 at 3:00 PM EST.
If you prefer to do your bidding in person the night of October 18, 2017, you will have the opportunity to bid on the online lots at the dinner. We will have auction valets present to help you through the bidding process.
Please share the online auction site: ibidmobile.net/rs with your friends so that they can support the Rusty Staub Foundation as well. You do not have to be present at the live auction in order to bid on and win the online lots. I look forward to seeing you on October 18th, if your schedule allows.
With deep appreciation,
Daniel "Rusty" Staub
Now that everyone is back from summer vacations and looking at fall calendars, we would like to send you some more information regarding our October 18 wine auction.
If you have not reserved your tickets already, you may do so by using the link at the bottom. As always, the auction will feature some of the world's finest wines, directly from the growers.
The growers we work with, most for many years, give us incredibly generous access to their very finest wines. Many of these wines are given to very few others. In fact, some large formats they make for us exclusively and are the only ones in existence. That said, bringing these wines to you, directly from them, takes time. The amount of paperwork is mind boggling, and the growers all bottle at different times now making it literally impossible to ship them together any more. We will continue to bring these "right from the grower wines" to you but we ask for your understanding that you may have to wait until the spring to receive your auction purchases. As has happened before in rare instances, it's even possible that bottles promised to us won't be sent at all. Of course, we would then either issue a complete refund or replace them with something of at least equal value, whatever your choice. Regardless, please know that you have our commitment to get your wines to you as soon as possible from the growers.
We appreciate your patience and support more than you could possibly know. Without you, we couldn't help nearly as many people as we do. Rusty, Mike and everyone who makes our auction possible, thank you so much.
Please do not hesitate to contact Carolyn for more information: 646-794-2408 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
